Fingon is completely oblivious of the recent uproar. Completely. And so has been up to his usual, that is, pacing back and forth on the cliff, sword drawn, waiting. Irritably. At least he's not yelling directly provocative insults this time. Just pacing.

But eventually he has to go back, and there are people he wants to see - so an Elf-King still short haired and unhappy about it can be found stalking grumpily back from the cliffs. Fingon is cranky. But only sort of cranky, not serious cranky, so it's really more of a pout than anything. And his chest still aches when he moves too much too fast. Which is, of course, practically an invitation for him to push himself until it does.

After all, he is Finwean.

In one sudden and startling stroke of catastrophe, Fingon seems to have lost most/all of his friends. And his sister.

So not on.

He's brooding outside, having just finished practicing, washing his face off with water from the hose and frowning vaguely.

What: Fingon makes a sincere effort to understand and manages to surprise Tyelko to an almost excruciating degree. There is a lot of confused. And hoping no one hears about this ever. :|

Fingon rather suspects an influx of angry visitors, though he doesn't really know why. It's not like he did anything, or anything. And he knows he's right, too. This is just going to make it a little harder to prove it.

At any rate, he's now sitting in his room, flipping idly through a book and his expression set on his default, lately - vaguely pissed off.

Also, he suspects Maitimo isn't going to happy if he finds out what happened. Which clearly just means he shouldn't find out. Clearly. :|

Well, that was more or less an unmitigated disaster.

They lost three fighters, a fourth will probably be unable to fight come next time the Enemy shows up, and the remaining Ambarussa is hardly in any shape at all to do anything. If Morgoth comes back soon, they're doomed. Of course, that's all that's bothering him. Not the fact that three of Maitimo's brothers are now dead - at least, he almost hopes all three are dead. Because the alternatives aren't precisely pleasant, and even if he really doesn't like that cousin, he wouldn't wish Morgoth on anyone.

And he's having trouble reconciling things. Because while he didn't see everything, he did see something that didn't mesh well at all with his preconceived notions and he's really not too happy about that. So he's currently sitting downstairs looking moodily at a cup of tea. He only left Maitimo reluctantly, and we'll assume probably with someone else keeping an eye on him.

Fingon is feeling better! Clean clothes and family gatherings do things for you!

So he's sitting downstairs and chilling on the couch, flipping without interest through a book and hoping some people show up. Because, after all, it's lovely to see cousins family. Despite the nasty othercousinthings wandering around.
